The hotel is at an idea location for exploring the city. The underground parking was convenient. Breakfast was very good with great views from the 11th floor. The rooms were large and comfortable. The selection of channels available on the main TV was extensive.

Met all expectations. The gentlemen at the front desk were very welcoming and were available to answer any questions or concerns. All staff should be commended on their professional and compassionate approach. Breakfast...Pool..Gym Perfect

I requested and paid for a King size bed. At arrival, the male attendant was reminded of my choice. He instead gave me a room with two army sized cots. I had to drag my bags back six floorsto the lobby, complain and then had to wait 15 mins for a standard size bed. The next day there was no hot water, the hot water heater was not working and squealing like a stuck pig and had to ve repaired and recalibrated. This is what I paid full price for? And not even a discount for the room price? Awful, horrible.
