Great facilities

I requested and paid for a King size bed. At arrival, the male attendant was reminded of my choice. He instead gave me a room with two army sized cots. I had to drag my bags back six floorsto the lobby, complain and then had to wait 15 mins for a standard size bed. The next day there was no hot water, the hot water heater was not working and squealing like a stuck pig and had to ve repaired and recalibrated. This is what I paid full price for? And not even a discount for the room price? Awful, horrible.
